About Roy

Roy had the disadvantage of being mentored by a series of mentors starting at a very early age. Seemingly doomed to be a prisoner of the mind (lab) he struck out into the real world and finally broke free of the extreme geekdom when he joined the US Air Force. Unfortunately the air force required him to attend leadership classes. Appling what he learned was not appreciated by his commanding officers. And their lack of appreciation was seen with distain by his fellow airmen almost to the point of a revolt which can be a bad thing in the military. He then left the military taking what he had learned to the solitude of a library. The Library of Congress to be specific. There he found many people with the same passion for research. Many of which wanted to work there just so they could have access to the stacks, the 550 miles of books stored there. After many years of research and with the help of many individuals he found what he was looking for.

He then decided to enter the art world to express his ideas and passion through his art. For the first four years with no formal art training he won awards and amassed an impressive resume of over 90 gallery shows. Now he is now entering the world of public speaking to expose with passion and love the wonders of what he has learned and how they have changed (improved) his life and could change theirs. But above all he has two wonderful sons that deserve a better world than what we are currently giving them, what they will inherit. He feels it is his responsibly and gift to them and future generations to do what he can to make it a better and more peaceful world.
